Julie Shaner, M.D., is a University of Florida assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery and board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at UF Health in Jacksonville specializing in adult reconstructive orthopaedics. Dr. Shaner received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her medical residency in orthopaedic surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, as well as fellowship training in adult reconstructive orthopaedics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
